Fantasy Football Service Package

Deployed Entertainment #1 service package is our fantasy football tournament. Our service package is designed to provide you, the Command’s MWR representative, and your service members, the contestants, with first class service and to make your experience with us as enjoyable and seamless as possible.

Once you agree to sign on with us, we’ll discuss the tournament timeline and details (i.e. scoring format, weekly and grand prizes, and trophies). This service package is highly tailored and customized to meet your needs and desires. Below we’ve outlined some of our deliverables, as well as our expectations of you.

Deployed Entertainment will provide you with:

• Web Pages for Intranet
  We’ll send you approximately seven web pages for you to post under the MWR section of your respective command’s intranet. The web pages will provide service members with basic tournament information as well as our point of contact information so we can answer any further detailed questions about the tournament. 
• Promotional Flyers
  We’ll send you periodic promotional flyers during the sign-up phase. These flyers can be place throughout the ship and at the MWR office to help promote the tournament. The flyers will be sent in a microsoft office document, so all you have to do is print and distribute.
• Promotional Emails
  Along with the flyers, we’ll provide periodic promotional ‘All Hands’ emails. All you’ll have to do is copy and paste the emails and then send them out in an ‘All Hands’ email. Deployed Entertainment will at no time directly solicit your crew.
• Trophies
  Deployed Entertainment may also provide specialized tournament trophies for playoff contenders and one grand prize trophy for the overall winner. All trophies will be delivered directly to you.
• Prizes (i.e. weekly and grand prizes)
  One of the problems that occurred during the Reagan’s 2008 Fantasy Football tournament was the delivery of weekly and grand prizes due to underway times and then the ship’s Christmas party. Purchasing the prizes proved to be very time intensive for the ship’s MWR staff, especially when their time was competing between port visits and the Christmas party. As result, many of the winners did not receive their respective prizes until after the New Year.
  
  Deployed Entertainment will deliver all the weekly prizes and all the grand prizes to you in a timely fashion. All weekly prizes will be delivered to you before they are awarded. Once the weekly winners are determined, you will be able to hand out respective prizes on time and without having to utilize any of your limited personnel.

Deployed Entertainment will provide your service members with:

• Email Line-up Submissions
  In additions to being able to submit line-ups via the tournament website, service members will also be able to submit line-ups via email. We understand that connectivity and bandwidth will not always be in the service members’ favor, so we decided to pick up the slack by offering email line-up submissions.
• Weekly Re-cap Emails
  Through Deployed Entertainment's specialized commissioner character, we will provide weekly re-caps on everyone’s overall performance. Weekly winners will be announced along with any pertinent tournament news.
  
  
• NFL Player News / Stats
  Again connectivity and bandwidth will remain as a consistent challenge while underway, we’ll send out NFL player news and stats periodically throughout the week to all of the tournament contestants. This service will prevent service members from getting bogged down by slow internet access while trying to acquire player information in order to make educated decisions on the upcoming week’s line-up.
  
  
• Feedback Survey
  Around Week 10 of the tournament, we’ll send out a voluntary feedback survey. This will allow you and your service members a chance to provide us some constructive criticism. Our hope here is to provide you with continuous improvements for future years to come.

• Administer Prizes and Trophies
  Once the tournament gets underway, we’ll do the rest to ensure all the weekly and grand prizes, and trophies arrive on time. Prior to the season we will discuss the different types of tournament prizes, and trophies that you want to include in your service package. We’ll simply go out and execute the procurement and delivery. You do not have to employ any of your resources to make any of this happen. That’s what we’re here for.
